I understand that, because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. By booking appointment, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage and bodywork from this practitioner.
Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Massage treatments are carefully coordinated to ensure that all of my clients receive the personal attention they deserve. If for any reason you must cancel your appointment for a Massage treatment, I request that you provide 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover the time reserved. No-shows or less then 24 hours notice will be charged the full value of the service.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full value of their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
My schedule is carefully coordinated to ensure that all of my clients receive the personal attention they deserve. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to still end on time in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Payment
Cash, checks and all major credit cards accepted
Returned Check
Any Check that is returned from our bank for whatever reason, a returned check fee of $40.00 will be assessed to the individuals’ account.
Upon receipt of the returned check, the individual will be emailed a letter informing them of the returned item. Payment for returned checks must be received in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. A personal check will not be accepted as repayment for the returned check.
No-Tolerance Policy
A Taylored Massage has a No-Tolerance Policy for ANY type of sexual solicitation or acting-out behavior. A Taylored Massage does NOT offer erotic or sensual types of massages. If any kind of inappropriate behavior meaning sexual contact of any kind, verbal abuse, physical abuse, or any other misconduct occurs, the massage session will be immediately terminated without refund The Massage Therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing or acting intoxicated.
